After selling my global travel company in September 2024, I offer professional consulting to established travel companies and tour operators that want to scale in order to prevent owner-operator burnout, grow sustainably and have an exit plan that maximizes their company's valuation at time of sale.
I specialize in implementing value-based pricing strategies, marketing, team design and growth plans that help owner-operators get out of the day-to-day operations of their business without sacrificing the "secret sauce" that makes their trips so impactful and meaningful to your loyal clientele.
I moved here from British Columbia, Canada in 2006 to work for Big Stone Publishing as the editor of Trail Runner magazine (since bought by Outside Inc). I intended to stay for just a year, but ended up staying for 18 after meeting my husband and starting a family in Carbondale.
