Denise Tanguay is a Certified Life Coach, creator of The Daily Shift Method™, and founder of Denise's Daily Shift.
Her work was born from lived experience and she understands that transformation begins from within.
She knows what it feels like to search for happiness, validation, and self identity everywhere except from within. She knows what it is like to feel disconnected from who you truly are and trapped inside a version of yourself built from expectations, survival, and who you believed you needed to be.
Her ability to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and help people see what they couldn't yet see in themselves eventually led her to formal training through the Jay Shetty Certification School and the International Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development.
Today, through The Daily Shift Method™, Denise helps individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next, create meaningful and lasting change through small, intentional shifts.
Her coaching combines emotional intelligence, mindset work, reflection practices, nervous system support, to help clients build self-trust, gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and create lives that feel more aligned with their authentic self.
Denise is excited to introduce, Hike & Heal™, an intimate guided coaching experience that combines hiking, forest bathing, and self reflection on Mother Nature's beautiful trails.
